He explains why traditional roulette systems can't win in the long run and he gives you several techniques that might allow you to get the edge or at least cut the casino edge. This is well researched book, very entertaining, with a lot of useful information. Roulette players should put it on their must read list as it is the best roulette book I have ever read. Scoblete is a fine writer and if you haven't read him yet do yourself a favor and get this book.
